Case Studies

Our products have been tested in real world applications for over 15 years. Through extensive research we have developed and refined our fuel catalyst “DS-600i” to be of the upmost quality and efficiency. We’ve compiled a few case studies that demonstrate how our product not only reduces fuel consumption, but improves mechanic performance and reduces harmful emissions.

BAHRAIN MOTORS COMPANY WLL

A period of two months was allotted to conduct a pilot on a 2017 CAT 700 Generator. The results of this pilot were extremely positive. A saving of 6.7% in fuel usage under normal operating condition. During 24-hour operating condition a savings of 8.63% in fuel usage was realized. Savings will also increase in time due to the maintenance decreasing.

STAYBRIDGE HOTEL

After a 9 month intensive testing program, it was clear that DS-600i reduced fuel consumption on the boilers by 15.5%.

MANATOWOC 4600 DRAGLINE

The Florida Crushed Stone Company began using the product on their Manatowoc 4600 Dragline that they used to dig limerock under water and the results according to Jeff Cherry, VP Production were astounding.

CAT D10T C27

A CAT dealer used the product on their CAT D10T C27 machine and measured an impressive increase in Power and Torque results.

WALMART TEST

Walmart conducted a five-month test using the product at their Brooksville, Florida terminal. The test fleet saw a significant increase in fuel economy. Drivers also noted increased power, better engine performance, and reduced particulate emissions.

ASTEC INDUSTRIES DOUBLE BARREL ASPHALT PLANT

McCartney Construction conducted a carbon mass balance test on its ASTEC industries, Inc. Double Barrel Asphalt Plant and confirmed that the addition of the product to the fuel will reduce not only fuel consumption, but harmful emissions as well.

DAVIS COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE

The Davis County Sheriff’s Office had tested other fuel additives without success. They were skeptical that the product would work. However, the Sheriff’s Office did test and saw a 15.43% increase in fuel efficiency during the test. This resulted in a projected 14.18% savings in fuel costs.

CAT 3412, 773B, D-342, D8K ENGINES

Southern Aggregates is a mining a concrete operation in Augusta, Georgia. While using the product they experience very promising results. Southern Aggregates realized gross fuel savings of 7 – 8%.

DRILL RIG

Not only did our product help the Bill Barrett Corporation increase drill time on their rigs, they saw a 16.3% cost savings. Bill Barrett Corp. also reported other significant benefits. Using the product lowered drill rig emissions as well as reduced particulates by up to 90%.
